Terry founded Altogether Group back in 2007 to showcase a new utility servicing model for growing cities. One that retained valuable resources within the community and providing tangible benefit to the residents living within the community.

His vision was to give communities the means to prosper through more efficient ways of sharing power, water, and data, that retain value within the community itself.

Terry’s background in civil engineering, business management, business development and leadership over the past 30+ years underpin his entrepreneurial spirit and drive to do things differently.

Today Altogether Group is powered by 110+ passionate people and is helping more than 500+ Australian communities thrive.

As CCO at Altogether Group Yudesh is responsible for the finance, legal & risk, people & culture, IT and marketing functions that support our energy and water business units.

Yudesh has over 25 years of global experience across development, construction, energy, and asset management. This includes both ASX listed companies and privatised assets.

With deep expertise in project accounting, commercial project reviews, and finance/system transformation, he excels in driving operational excellence and financial efficiency. He is passionate about building high-performance teams, mentoring talent, and fostering internal career growth opportunities.

A key strength of Yudesh is the ability to cultivate strong, effective business relationships with diverse stakeholders across international markets.

Sunitha brings more than 25 years of experience growing businesses across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US, and Asia. She’s known for being strategic, commercially astute, growth‑focused, with a background spanning people and enterprise leadership, business development, sales, marketing, operations, and digital transformation.

Most recently, Sunitha was Chief Commercial Officer, Australia at Intertek SAI Global, and before that served as Chief Executive Officer of strata business Smarter Communities (parent company of Ernst, STM, VBCS, and ASCM). She has also held senior roles with CBRE, Colliers, and JLL. 

Throughout her career, Sunitha has helped secure deals worth $10b in transaction value with some of the world’s largest brands and has a strong track record of building high‑performing, engaged teams. She is passionate about creating inclusive, customer‑centric environments where people can grow and thrive.

As the Executive General Manager, Doug leads Altogether’s water business which supplies drinking, recycled water and wastewater services to communities across NSW.

Doug began his career in water treatment in the US, before working in the Middle East, delivering and managing micro-utilities for the US military.

Within in Australia Doug has worked in Western Australia as well as leading the Sydney Regions Operations and Maintenance Team for WaterNSW, including the Warragamba Dam, Sydney’s main water supply. 

Doug is passionate about efficiency, building team culture, and innovation.
